Job Description

• Explores and operationalizes data sources using scientific processes and technologies to uncover and communicate product and business insights. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with using object-oriented programming languages, including Python, R, or Java
• 3+ years of experience with using SQL to conduct database queries
• 3+ years of experience with ML tools to build models and analyze data, including PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Experience working with DevOps, including Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with a real-time, large-scale data processing engine, including Apache Spark
• Experience using Agile software development methods in a DevOps environment
• Experience designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms
• Experience with developing solutions and integrating and extending free and Open-source software
• (FOSS) or COTS products

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in working with various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT,
• OSINT, and SIGINT and comprehension of the data and tools associated with these disciplines
• Experience with deploying applications in a Cloud environment
• Experience with intelligence or operations analysis in the DoD or intelligence community
• Ability to generate data visualizations with tools, including Kibana, Tableau, or related tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods
• Knowledge of Agile process or SAFe methodologies
• Master's degree in Computer Science or STEM related field
• DoD 8570 Compliance Certification, including Security+
