Salary: Up to $215K based on education and experience
Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance w/ FS Poly; CCA Authorized
Location: FT. Meade, MD.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems,
engineering, or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering
experience.
• A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience.
• A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would
also be acceptable.
• Direct experience in expeditionary operations, CNO, and working across levels of
Combatant Commands.

Job Description: As a SIGINT Modernization SE on our team, you will provide both systems
engineering and technical services to the mission customer to enable Combat Support
Modernization. The SE will gather and review technical documentation, facilitate conversations
between the service providers and product owners, and meet with those product owners to
discuss and document infrastructure requirements. They will support requirements gathering,
process design and implementation, and CONOPS development. SE will assess infrastructure
capacity requests for applicability to the appropriate general-purpose compute infrastructure
option. Investigate the enterprise infrastructure best practices and methods for applicability to
the current architecture and create an associated 'best practices' manual. Manage the workflow
process and associated documentation to ensure the capture and storage of each request at the
appropriate level of detail to inform decision-makers. Additionally, this position requires the
ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external organizations.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
• Demonstrable systems engineering experience in programs that encompass systems
architecture, interface development, requirements analysis, process execution and
evaluation.
• Requirements gathering, organization, and communication.
• Analysis of existing applications, services, and legacy systems as requirements dictate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to
comfortably interact with all levels of organizational management while operating in a
dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of workflow tools, such as JIRA (Atlassian suite) or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrable expertise in written communications and associated tools.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
• Understanding of the customer's Infrastructure-as-a-Service compute platforms.
