Identity Data Management (IddM) Instructor - SR

Position Overview

The client is seeking a Cyber Senior-Level Instructor to provide learning and performance solutions based on methods and modalities that include, but not limited to, course development/design, instructional delivery, mentorship, and overall technical knowledge of identity data management. Practical experience levels in identity data management support, application, and/or use must have significant depth and breadth serving to bridge the curriculum instruction with the student application. The application of experiential knowledge differs among the various courses but can be categorized as Senior-Level. The senior-level Instructor/SME has served in a technician support capacity providing direct support to a combination of National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations. Possesses practical or educational knowledge, skills, or abilities in the application of biometric considerations of identity data management.

Responsibilities

The Cyber Senior-Level Instructor uses the key skills of analysis, objective writing, evaluation, training material development, and facilitation techniques in the design, development, and delivery of training utilizing in-residence training, mobile training, distance learning, and computer based training. Personnel will provide instructional delivery, prepare instructional material and products, coordinate course requirements and prepare the training environment, participate in the design and development of new course materials, mentor students and provide evaluatory input, and assess recency and relevancy of instructional material and content.

Required Qualifications

  • A Cyber Senior-Level Instructor/SME must possess a minimum of 6 years technician experience with some of that experiential base relating to the application of Biometrics as it relates to identity data management.
  • TS-SCI 
  • Current CI Scope polygraph examination. If the candidate does not have a current CI Scope poly, or has an out-of-scope poly, this requirement can be accomplished as part of the SCI nomination process.
  • Graduate of the Advanced Technician’s Course, Advanced Planner’s Course, Due Diligence Course, or Travel Security Training Course (or their legacy equivalents)
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructor (formal or informal) experience
  • Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience
